The exceptional filtration capabilities of this product include the reduction of fluoride, chlorine, and various chemicals, while it does not remove the beneficial calcium and magnesium minerals or total dissolved solids (TDS) from your water. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to change the filter every 3 months or after 500 gallons, depending on the hardness of your water supply.
