iSpring's premium filtration system features a three-stage process:
Stage 1: Sediment Filter - Used as the first line of defense, this filter achieves filtration down to 5 microns, removing dirt and other larger-sized particles that may clog the following filters.
Stage 2: CTO Carbon Block Filter - The second stage houses a 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter, using high-quality coconut shell carbon and compact fabrication technology for maximum filtration efficiency (up to 99% chlorine removal) and extended filter life.
Stage 3: Iron & Manganese Reducing Filter - This filter efficiently reduces iron (max 3.0 ppm down to 0.01 ppm) and manganese (max 1.0 ppm down to 0.01 ppm), making it ideal for well water users.
Our whole house water filter systems are designed to fit standard 20" x 4.5" filter housings, with a high water flow rate of up to 15 gallons per minute. Unlike Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, our filters don't reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), allowing healthy minerals to remain in the water.
