The Undersink Water Filter ER-WP03 and ER-WP05 by Thereye offer a fast, reliable, and easy filtration solution. With a product dimension of 14.57"L x 11.95"H x 4.49"W, ensure your undersink cabinet is larger to accommodate the system.

Installation is straightforward, requiring an electrical outlet under the sink and drilling holes for the RO faucet and drain pipe connection. Review the instructions and watch the installation video before proceeding.

Filter replacement is hassle-free. The system comes with 2 filter cartridges, and you'll be alerted when one needs replacing. On average, the PPC filter lasts 12 months, while the RO filter can last up to 36 months, depending on water quality and consumption.

To start up the filtration system, open the cold water supply valve, check for leaks, and plug in the power adapter. Flush the filters for 30 seconds, then turn on the RO faucet for 8 minutes. Avoid drinking the flushed water.

If an E2 error occurs due to the faucet being on for 30 minutes, simply unplug and replug the power adapter to restart the system. This error is a protective measure to save water and extend the filter's lifespan.
