Manufactured with food grade material, 100% pure polypropylene microfibers, and NSF certified, our filters ensure the quality of your drinking water.
The 5 Micron whole house water filter is engineered with a perfect balanced density, featuring three PP layers to remove most sediment, dirt, rust and particles, delivering higher particle reduction efficiency as the pre-filters in home and commercial water purified systems. Recommended for both tap water and well/rain water applications, this filter type is suitable for a variety of filtration needs.
In terms of performance specifications, the filter has an initial pressure drop of less than 0.15 psi at a 5 gpm flow rate, and can operate within a temperature range of 40-113°F / 5-45°C, with a maximum operating temperature of 180°F / 82°C and pressure of 75 PSI at 68°F.
