Membrane Solutions' 75 GPD reverse osmosis membrane elements for home drinking water are the industry's most reliable. The RO membrane specifications include a flow rate of 75 GPD at 60 psi water pressure, an average NaCl rejection rate of 97%, and compatibility with various brands such as Dow Filmtec, GE Osmonics, U.S. Water, Culligan, Ametek, US Filter, American Plumber, Kinetico, and Watts.
The RO membrane housing specifications include a material of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene) and ABS, an outside diameter of 3.03", a length of 12", a threaded connection type, a 1/4" outlet size, a 1/8" inlet size, an NBR seal material, and a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi. It fits RO membranes ranging from 24 GPD to 150 GPD.

The wastewater-to-product water ratio depends on the raw water TDS value, water temperature, system pressure, and other factors. The appropriate flow restrictor should be selected according to your specific needs, with a 200CC restrictor resulting in a 1:1 ratio and a 300CC restrictor resulting in a 1:3 ratio.
The DIY RO system includes a 75 GPD RO membrane, a 12" x 2.0" membrane housing, a wrench, and quick connect fittings, allowing you to build your own reverse osmosis water filter without the need for an expensive all-in-one solution.
For use in a maple syrup reverse osmosis system, it is recommended to maintain a work pressure of 100 psi and a raw sap temperature of 104°F (40°C) to prevent clogging and avoid damage to the membrane due to over-high temperature.
