The replacement filter change set is designed for the following water filtration systems: Tap Master Artesian, Tap Master Artesian Full Contact, Home Master Artesian, Home Master Artesian Full Contact, and HydroGardener. The filters are certified to the NSF standard 42 for chlorine reduction and Class V particulate reduction, and they can remove up to 98% of chemicals, including VOCs, TOCs, chlorine, and others that create foul tastes and odors. The filter set lifecycle is 2,500 gallons or 1 year, whichever comes first.
The filter set includes the following components: one 5-micron spun poly, high-holding depth sediment water filter; one 5-micron coconut shell granular activated carbon water filter; and one 5-micron Artesian remineralization and coconut shell granular activated carbon water filter. All of these components are made in the USA.
The filters are certified to the NSF standard 42 for Class I chlorine reduction and Class V particulate reduction, and they can remove up to 95% of chemicals, including VOCs, TOCs, chlorine, and others that create foul tastes and odors. The filters feature quick-connect fittings and have dimensions of 10 inches in length and 2 inches in width.
Maintaining the filters is hassle-free, as they can be changed annually without the need for wrenches, making it convenient to keep your water pure without the fuss. The extended purification process ensures that the water is thoroughly filtered through the entire length of the filter, providing 8.5 inches of carbon contact time for a deeper clean.
The filters are equipped with catalytic carbon to effectively remove chloramines, a widespread chemical replacement for chlorine, ensuring that your water is free from harmful contaminants. The optimized water pressure features a 20x50 fine mesh granular media with compression disks to eliminate channeling while maintaining steady water pressure for efficient filtration.
The granular media design maximizes the pressure reaching the RO membrane, leading to greater efficiency, more clean water output, and reduced waste. The entire system is proudly made in the USA, guaranteeing a high-quality product that you can trust for reliable water purification.
